Coronavirus Update from MLSListings

At MLSListings, the health and safety of our subscribers, employees, and community are top of mind amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We are here to serve you, and we want to share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively while maintaining the high level of service you’ve come to expect from us. Our thoughts are with anyone affected by the coronavirus.

We were prepared with contingency plans to provide our services to you from remote locations if it became necessary.  With the announcement today of “shelter in place” our staff will continue to be available to serve you from their remote locations. As always, please feel free to contact us for your customer support needs, or if you have any questions or concerns that we can answer.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) both recommend social distancing as one of the best tools to minimize exposure and spread of the virus.

Given this, we are temporarily suspending all of our live onsite training, including classes at MLSListings, associations, and brokerage offices. To offset this, we will be supplementing our webinar schedule and video training library. We are currently in process with revising our training calendar and will follow-up with further communications when the updated calendar is finalized.

Our first priority remains keeping MLSListings subscribers, employees, clients, vendors, and all who are in contact with us safe and well-informed while doing what we can to help minimize potential spread of the coronavirus. Please know we are devoting resources and efforts to help mitigate against possible adverse impacts from the coronavirus, and will continue working hard to help you meet your business goals.
