New Email Notifications Keep You One Step Ahead

In response to subscriber requests, MLSListings recently launched a set of email notifications designed to automatically alert listing agents about upcoming occurrences to their listings before they happen.

Specifically, listing agents will now receive an email notification when:

  • An Active listing will soon expire (based on the listing’s expiration date).
  • A Contingent/Pending listing will soon have a past COE (Close of Escrow) date.
  • A Coming Soon listing will soon reach 30 days and therefore will automatically change to Withdrawn status.
  • There is an Active listing with no photos.
  • The agent closes a listing. The notification will show important closing information such as the price, date, selling agent, etc.
  • The agent cancels a listing.

Moreover, we will no longer automatically change a listing’s status from Contingent to Pending once it has reached its expiration date, again based on subscriber feedback.

No subscriber action is required to initiate email notifications. They will be implemented automatically.

 Alerts in Listing Management Dashboard

In addition to email notifications, please remember that the “Manage Listings” Dashboard in the Pro.mlslistings.com website also has an “Alerts” section where you get timely notices of upcoming actions that affect your listings.
