San Mateo County

2019 was not an exceptionally good year in terms of sales volume in San Mateo County, but we did see an all-time high median sale price in May of $1,765,000, which exceeded the 2018 peak by $3,000.

Santa Cruz County

Santa Cruz County saw an all-time high median sale price of $985,000 in April, but otherwise the year was pretty mixed with respect to pricing.

Monterey County

This was a relatively strong year in Monterey County, with an all-time high in median sale price of $685,000 in November.

San Benito County

San Benito County had a great year in terms of median sale price, with 10 of the 12 months higher than 2018, and ending with a strong finish as well.
