Zillow Tech Connect

Zillow hosts a repository of more than 730,000 agent reviews submitted by Zillow users and verified by our proprietary fraud filters and in-house team. This information is hard-earned by agents, trusted by users and incredibly valuable to both parties – so valuable that we think it should be leveraged not just on Zillow, but on other consumer-facing sites as well. For this reason we launched Zillow Tech Connect: Reviews, enabling brokers, agents and MLSs to display Zillow reviews on their website.

Our Reviews offering joins another Tech Connect program, Tech Connect: Leads, which links Zillow with 45 different CRM platforms to seamlessly integrate Zillow contacts and negate the need for manual entry into a second system.

Feed Activity and Performance Reporting

Metrics and data on activity levels for your listings are immensely valuable for you and your members. In our spirit of transparency, every MLS who partners with Zillow can provide its members with listing performance reports – including traffic, search result appearances and email contacts – at no cost.
