MLSListings and six other Northern California MLSs have announced a cooperative program for 60,000 real estate professionals participating in Northern California data share agreements to access lockboxes throughout Northern California. The agreement concludes three years of negotiations.
As an Authorized Lockbox Provider, your Association may have already informed you of the upgrade to the Supra iBox.
In addition to physically changing the lockbox to the new iBoxes, it is important that agents also update the showing instructions of their active and pending listings in the MLS.
Last month, MLSListings added Supra iBox and Supra iBox Bluetooth checkboxes as choices in listing management.

We will be conducting site updates and maintenance on portal.mlslistings.com sites on December 3 and 4, 2011. No downtime is anticipated, however users may notice slight variations in page layout intermittently.
MLSListings has received a handful of reports over the past two weeks of subscribers infected with a PC virus after going online or accessing the Pro.mlslistings.com or portal.mlslistings.com information sites via Internet Explorer. Bailey sent a letter to NAR’s Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee expressing our opposition to NAR’s latest position on Internet Data Exchange (IDX) as it relates to RSS syndication. One of the top issues on our Compliance Department’s “fineable offense” list relates to the Close of Escrow (COE) date. Maintaining a current and dependable COE date is part of the obligation of an agent and broker to a timely, accurate and cooperative MLS.
Earlier this month, Advanced CMA users were notified about the upcoming sunset of this product on July 28, 2011. After this date, Advanced CMA will no longer be accessible to subscribers. You have some decisions to make, and some resources to review before July 28.
Last year, we extended the Progression cutover to 2011 in order to allow subscribers more time to learn Matrix, and to complete some noted additional
enhancements in Matrix.
