Single Point of Entry and Aggregated Listings

Introduced late summer 2011, MLSListings’ whitepaper advocates a Single Point of Entry (SPE) and single aggregated listings backbone with consolidated data from seven northern California MLSs to create a data management model focusing on efficiency on the backend, so that the Broker and MLS communities can offer foundation listing data in a more cost-effective and centralized manner. The whitepaper examines options and sample cases, and offers a blueprint for a proposed SPE model.

On RSS-based Syndication: A Letter to NAR’s Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee
