CA Edition 4.9 Release 8/3/11

MLSListings Inc. is pleased to announce the release of MLSListings CA Edition, Version 4.9.

The following updates were implemented in the release:

Addition of two new East Bay property classes: Commercial Lots and Land and Residential Rental/Lease
Addition of PropertyDeleted Resource for V4 RETS customers
Ability for agent photos to be downloaded via RETS
Display of selling and listing broker codes in reports
Deletion of “Santa Clara County” and “Tracy” from the Area “View All” picker for Contra Costa County
Remapping of email address [...]

CA Edition 4.8.1 Release 8/3/11

MLSListings Inc. is pleased to announce the release of MLSListings CA Edition, Version 4.8.1

The following features were implemented in the release:

Addition of Advanced Search that has 18 additional search fields including: Commission, County, Energy Features, HOA Fee, Listing Agent First Name, Listing Agent Last Name, Listing Info, Lot Location, Open House, Pool Y/N, Property Condition, Selling Agent First Name, Selling Agent Last Name, Special Features, Status Change Date, Style, View,  and Year Built
