What I Did on My Summer Vacation

Imagine you could fast forward three months, then look back, and share what you did during your summer. What did you accomplish — what would the key elements be? More importantly, what do you want them to be? The most successful business leaders dedicate time to envisioning themselves in the future, in their ideal future, then work backward, building the road map to get themselves there.

What will you have accomplished by this fall to improve your business? Perhaps it’s learning a new tool to streamline your work flow. Maybe it’s exploring an emerging communication method in order to reach out to more clients and prospects. Or maybe you’re simply going to close a certain number of deals, whatever it takes. The next question is – what are you willing to do to make these things happen?

This issue of Broker Beat is full of updates on what we’re doing, as well as ideas on where you can go to help further improve your business. We have some tools already in place, and others coming soon, to help you with the upcoming Progression to Matrix by November 15 of this year – now’s the time to build that plan as well.
