Tips About Transition to New My Listings

The new My Listings has been redesigned from the ground up, and will be available for your use on the morning of Tues., Dec. 9, 2014. With the redesign you will be able to more easily list from any device, as well as upload photos, make status changes and more.

We are excited for you to begin using the new My Listings next week and have a few tips to share with you:

  1. Any submitted listing in any status will be automatically moved to thenew My Listings application.
  2. Listings in draft mode will NOT be moved to the new My Listings.

If you have draft listings that you may be planning to put on market on or after Dec. 9, we recommend that you print out the draft listings before 5 p.m. on Dec. 8 so that you do not lose the information you have entered.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot pull photos from old draft listings to move them to new My Listings. Because of how photos are added to listings, the resolution stored in the system is just not good enough for us to move them over.

On Dec. 9 if there is information from old drafts that you require, please call Customer Support at 1-866-734-5787.
