I’m finding that the MlsSource app for the Ipad is not as up-to-date as In the last two days, I have found several listings that are either not current or are missing on the app. As of this moment, MLS 81426067 is not showing up on the app, while is is showing up on and even on Trulia. I am disappointed that I am getting more current info on the Trulia app than MLsSource.

Thank you! This is the sort of product that I would expect from an MLS serving Silicon Valley. It only took me a few minutes to input a number of searches that I’ve been using with my clients. The mapping functions work as one expects. It works well on an iPhone and is fantastic on an iPad with its larger screen. With a WiFi connection it’s quicker than using this web site, and even with 3G it’s very useable. There are some minor enhancement requests that I have, and the developers who wrote this app listen and are making improvements. Finally there’s a good way of accessing our MLS data without having to purchase third party solutions.
