Overview: The REALTORS Property Resource

RPR, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS® incorporated in November 2009, is a nationwide database providing REALTORS with extensive property data and analysis as an exclusive member benefit of NAR. RPR’s goal is to aggregate and deliver to its users a comprehensive database of information about all 147 million parcels of residential and commercial property in the United States.

Last fall, MLSListings became the first MLS in California, and one of just a handful in the nation, to implement this powerful tool exclusively for our subscribers. At last count in Spring 2011, RPR has partnered with over 280 MLSs representing more than half a million Realtors across the country.

Combining up-to-the-minute MLS data with public records, tax information, neighborhood demographics and more, RPR offers the most comprehensive and accurate valuation tool available to the professional market. It empowers Realtors with a significant advantage in providing the best available counsel to clients considering a home purchase or sale.

In addition to its signature valuation model, RPR also comes with a slew of cool features, including heat maps and other Silverlight-enabled mapping features, historic property comparison, a mobile app and much more.
