CA Edition 4.8 Release 3/28/11

On the evening of March 28, 2011, MLSListings conducted the release of MLSListings.com 4.8, a readiness release supporting the Quattro and East Bay datashare initiative.  Notable items in this release:

• Ready for three new East Bay property classes: Residential Income (RIN), Residential Lots & Lands (RLL) and Residential Mobile Home (RMH).  Pending joint Go Live date with Quattro and East Bay parties.
• Reciprocal Access compatibility with Rapattoni Quattro 1.7.2 RETS server upgrade.
• RETS 1.7.2 compliance for the V4 RETS server.
• Numerous quality improvements to CA Edition and East Bay IAS (MORE) Edition applications.

CA Edition, East Bay IAS (MORE) and the V4 RETS server were offline during this upgrade.  Other applications including the MLS Pro Home Page, Matrix Search and Pro Search remained accessible to subscribers during this deployment.
