Matrix 5.7 November Configuration Note
MLSListings, Inc. completed a joint release of MLSListings Matrix Version 5.7 along with MLSListings Pro Release 3.27 on the evening of November 14, 2011.
The most noticeable changes are:
- Removal of Pro Search button and links and the renaming of some Matrix Search links to Matrix Dashboard
- Addition of Open House Display to the list of Client Displays available as a Display, Report, and within the Client Portal
- Updates to the Matrix “Agent Full” Displays and Reports in Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial property classes to show a map at the top of the flyer next to the primary photo
Detailed changes include:
New Open House Search Option is available from Search > Advanced Search. Note the addition of the Open House (Y/N) field as an Advanced Search field, which enables users to return only those listings with active upcoming open houses. Open House data shows in Agent Full as well as a new Open House Display. In addition, it will show in Client Full and Client Page when those updates are completed later this week. The Open House Display is automatically available as a client display in the Client Portal.
Matrix Displays/ Reports Agent Full Displays and Reports have received another round of updates in Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial property classes. In particular, Commercial flyers show better class specific information. Based on user and MLS Advisory Group feedback, Agent Full flyer now shows “Postal City” in the address line and in addition shows MLS Area and MLS City separately in the flyer. There is no change to the search process; users continue to be able to search by City – MLS in the Quick screen and have the ability to add City – Postal to their Advanced Search.
In the coming week, corresponding changes will be made to Agent Page and Client Page flyers. In addition, we will be adding a new Client Full Display which will also be made available in the Client Portal; with a corresponding Client Full Report that will include small photos in a PDF format. The Client Full flyer is an important step in users being able to offer maximum data to their clients via the Client Portal. As these features are completed, we will update these release notes to reflect the changes. Stay tuned!
