Matrix 5.7.10 Release Note
MLSListings, Inc. completed the release of MLSListings Matrix Search, Version 5.7.10 Patch on the evening of August 31, 2011.
The following fixes and minor enhancements are implemented in the release:
- Changes to the HTML Print function, enabling proper printing of the custom header/footer images when they are cropped (this was previously printing a solid black bar).
- Rollout control for Property History now works when accessing flyers from the My Matrix area (path: My Matrix > My Listings > MLS# > Toggle expand Property History button).
- Contact Importing process now allows importing of contacts with multiple email addresses. Emails will be comma separated. Note: To create a new contact with multiple email addresses, put both emails in the Contact Email field separated by a comma. Then, Direct Emails and Auto Emails addressed to that contact will go to both email accounts.
- Set Default Location in Map Search now saves the location.
- The Map pop-up within the Client Portal has been adjusted to fit the display screen. Each pop-up shows the property thumbnail.
- Consistency of reporting when an auto email has been disabled. Concierge menu no longer shows disabled auto emails. Disabled auto emails are no longer accessible from the Client Portal.
In addition, the project team made the following configuration updates in this release:
- More descriptive Tips for Search and Advanced Search fields. Click to open the Tips icon to review each tip.
- A warning notice is sent to the agent when one of their client’s Client Portal Auto Emails is set to expire. This new function notifies agents 10 days prior to auto email expiration, when a client’s auto-email is slated to expire due to inactivity. The expiration warning contains instructions on how to avoid expiration.
- Enhancements to agent header templates that will accommodate the addition of an agent’s website address where specified by the agent.
- Agents can now select Status Code as a column for display in their Custom Displays. In the Custom Display builder, there is an additional checkbox at the bottom of the Special Columns list called “Listing Status Abbreviation” which will enable agents to show A, PR, PS, PN, S, E, C, and W in their Custom Displays.
- Single column sort now work in Cross Class and MultiFamily Agent Single Line Displays.
- Hover over Virtual Tour Icon in Firefox now has a pop up descriptor “View Virtual Tour” the way IE does.
- In the Agent/Office tab, the Agent DRE link is now an active link to the California DRE website.
