Matrix 5.7 Release Note
MLSListings, Inc. completed the release of MLSListings Matrix Search, Version 5.7 on the evening of May 18, 2011.
The following features and minor enhancements are implemented in the release:
My Matrix > Auto Emails:
• Display enhancements including Last Run Column removed, bcc column added, schedule column added, concierge and concierge count columns merge, status column moved to first position, schedule and concierge columns swapped.
• Removed ability to add Auto Email BCC recipient (BCC to self is unaffected). Auto emails with existing BCC recipients are grandfathered.
• Better text and icon for pre-activated auto email status (ie. waiting on client activation)
• Disabled auto emails now dim
My Matrix > Saved Searches:
• Page enhancements where saved search is changed to an auto email – Criteria has a section header, more descriptors for radio buttons
My Matrix > Contacts:
• Add Contact: Clear notes field when new contact is created
• Contact filter textbox no longer matches email addresses
Map Search and Map Results:
• Matrix has upgraded to Bing Maps V7 to deliver better mapping performance and visuals for Map Search, Map Results and Driving Directions
• This enhancement has changed the “look and feel” for Maps. As well, instead of property pins being numbered, they now highlight on mouse over.
• Map now remembers initial center so re-center works when there is nothing to center around (no shapes/pins)
Matrix Mobile:
• Open House search is now available in Matrix Mobile
• On logout or timeout of mobile session, Matrix Mobile re-directs to MLSListings login
Miscellaneous:
• Official support for Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 4
• Note that Internet Explore 6 is no longer supported; and Internet Explorer 7 users may also notice display quirks. Users are encouraged to upgrade to IE8 or higher for best performance.
• Market watch widget now puts the type in the title of the results page (eg. New Listings, Back on Market…)
• Can now use the Enter key to generate a report
• My Listing Queries are now inherited by impersonating team members
• Goggles Dropdown shows all contacts instead of just “—More—” if there are no recently used contacts
Platform 5.7 positions MLSListings for additional configurations to be released throughout this year.
