Matrix 5.7.5 Configuration Release Note
MLSListings, Inc. completed configuration updates to MLSListings Matrix Search on June 28, 2011.
The following features and enhancements were implemented in this release:
Matrix Stats:
- New Stats tab has been added to Matrix Search where users can select specific search criteria and view trends in graphical format.
- In addition to generating System Preset statistics, users may save My Presets and place them on the Matrix Home page for quick access.
Speed Bar:
- Speed Bar provides another option that speeds up the Search and Revise Search process.

Recent Searches/ Search History:
- Search History dropdown list is available in the upper right hand corner of each Matrix page.
- Search History displays searches conducted by the user within the last week. The dropdown list displays the last 15 searches conducted by the user. Clicking on Show All displays a list of up to 50 searches conducted by the user in the last week.
- Tip: Save the Search if you would like to keep specific search criteria for longer than 7 days.
Residential Agent Full Display/ Flyers Fixes:
- Matrix Search flyers are designed to display all available fields n Agent Full Displays and PDF Reports. Reorganized the Property Features section for better readability.
- Property Features section has been organized for better readability.
