Pro 3.26 Release Notes 9/12/11

• MLSListings Inc. is pleased to announce MLSListings Pro, Version 3.26, with the following features and updates.

Pay My Bill enhancements

• Addition of “Pay My Bill” tab to the home screen of pro.mlslistings.com allowing users to easily access and pay their current invoice. Pay my bill will no longer appear in the My Info tab.
• Implementation of subscription expiration reminders in the My Messages section of the homepage, to alert users of impending account expiration.
• Display of “Bill Overdue” notice in My Messages for users whose invoices are past their due dates.

Bing 7 upgrades

• Upgrade of Driving Directions and Property Details map displays in Pro Search to Bing Maps version 7.

Broker Center updates

• Addition of ListHub as a listing syndication option. Listings will now be syndicated to AOL via ListHub.com instead of CyberHomes.com
• Ability for brokers to opt-in to syndicate sold listings to Realtor.com.

Other updates

• Addition of pocketListings as an integrated product available for purchase in the Store
• Ability for users to have alpha numeric email addresses (for example xyz@123.com) while submitting feedback via the Contact Us page. Previously feedback entered in Contact Us which had numeric email addresses were rejected by the system.
• Updates to “Owner of Record” field in Tax Search so that it is case insensitive.
• Back-end work to support the use of ‘display name’ in Matrix, rather than ‘legal name’.
• Addition of “PostalCityName” to V3 RETS server.
