Pro 3.24 Release Notes 2/21/11

MLSListings Inc. is pleased to announce MLSListings Pro, Version 3.24

The following features and updates were implemented in the release:

• Introduction of green field selections in My Listings so that agents can provide additional information about a property. Listings that have green information are also displayed in agent and client reports.
• A pilot program called “REALTOR Ratings” that enables agents to send surveys to their clients for review. In the short run while the pilot is being tested, only select brokers, office managers and agents will see this feature.
• Backend work to enable syndication partners like Point 2 and Trulia to be able to link back to mlslistings.com.
• Addition of “broker number + branch code” in Office selection lists so that agents belonging to multiple offices can easily distinguish each office.
• One click access for subscribers who have an MLSListings IDX website to access their account from “My Products”.
• Addition of “Eichler” as a Style of Home selection in My Listings.
• Several updates to My Listings including:
• Generating a warning message when an expired listing is brought back to market with a new expiration date that is more than one year
• Allowing users to enter a COE Date only 90 days into the future
• Update to the system so that “Temporarily Off Market” and “Off Market” dates are not editable by a user when a listing status is updated to withdrawn. Previously these dates could be modified by a user.
• The Contact Us page was generating an error when only the first or last name was entered. This bug has been resolved.
• Several internal system and back end changes were made to make the sytem more efficient.
