Photo Upload – “Seller Prefers No Photo”

MLSListings requires that a photo be added to every property listing entered on the MLS.

However, there may be a rare time a Seller does not want a photo published or the use of a photo is not applicable, such as a business opportunity with no real estate assets. If this is the case the MLS provides an “opt-out” form and placeholder image to use and satisfy the requirement. First is to have the Seller sign the form confirming they do not want a photo published for their property.Next download the “Seller Prefers’ no Photo” image and upload it to the listings as you would any photo. Once published the rule is satisfied and the Seller’s requirements are met.

The Seller Opt Out form can be downloaded by clicking this link.
