Access and Upload Documents | DocCentral

Accessing DocCentral

DocCentral is integrated into your My Listings page for convenience and ease of use. You can access DocCentral directly, while working on other parts of your listing. Click Manage Documents to get started.

You will then be taken to the Document Center page. Go to the Add Documents menu, and select how you want to Add Documents. You can upload your documents either directly through DocCentral, by sending out a Fax, or by sending out an Email.

Upload Document-via Browser

Uploading Documents with your Browser is likely the easiest and most straightforward method. When selecting this option, please ensure that you have the documents saved somewhere on your computer, like on your Desktop.

  1. Select a Document Title. You can use the menu for a pre-entered selection, or enter in your own Title.
  2. Enter in a Document Description. This is simply a short piece of information about the document you will be attaching.
  3. Select Public for your Document Security if you want this document to be visible by other Agents. DocCentral does allow you to make your documents Private, however private documents will not appear as an attachment on your listing.
  4. Click Browse, then use the navigation window to locate the file you want to upload. Regardless of what file type you choose, DocCentral will convert it to a PDF.
  5. Click Upload & Add to upload your selected document and add another one. Click Upload & Close to upload your selected document and close the current upload session. Click Cancel to close the session.

Upload Document-via Fax

DocCentral also allows you the ability to upload documents through Fax. This option allows you to send a special Fax Cover sheet along with your documentation. DocCentral’s system will then convert your Fax into an uploaded PDF attachment.

  4. Click Create Cover Sheet. This will generate a PDF Cover Sheet that you will then need to Print out. The Cover Sheet will tell you where to send your Fax and will also have a special barcode that identifies your document’s information.

You will need to generate one Fax Cover sheet for each document that you want to upload via Fax. Please allow time for DocCentral’s system to process your Fax request. Depending on the number of pages, it may take longer for the document to appear. Normally, faxed documents are visible within a half hour.

Upload Document-via Email

DocCentral also allows you to upload your document via Email. Every DocCentral file has a unique email address where you can send attachments to be added to your listing. Simply send an email with your documents attached to the unique address, then DocCentral will convert your attachment to a PDF.

The email address is located on the top-right side of your Document Center page, as indicated in the image. When the email is received by DocCentral, they will process it and place it on your Document Center page as a PDF. Any text that you send in your email will be ignored, as only the attachment will be processed.
