Transaction Fell Through

You may need to bring your Pending listing back to Active at some point.  The Transaction Fell Through option only appears when changing Status on a Pending listing.

From the Change Status page of your Pending listing, select the Transaction Fell Through option.

Once you’ve chosen the Transaction Fell Through option, the system may ask you to update your Expiration Date.  You are also able to revise your Remarks.  Please take the time to review this information before you click the Submit Change button.

After you click Submit Change, go back to your My Listings page.  You will notice that your Listing is showing as Active again.
