Expired Status

Listings will automatically change to Expired at midnight on the Expiration Date. For example, if the Expiration Date is ’3/31/2014′, the listing will expire at midnight, just before 4/1/2014.

You can update the Expiration Date on your listing prior to it going Expired.

  1. From your My Listings page, click Edit Listing from Select an Action.
  2. Go to the Listing Details section of your listing, and locate the Expiration Date field.
  3. Update the Expiration Date, then click Verify to submit your change.

If your listing has already Expired, changing the Expiration Date will not bring it back to Market. You have 10 days to bring your listing back to Market.

  1. From your My Listings page, click Bring to Market from the Select an Action.
  2. Go to the Listing Details section of your listing, and locate the Expiration Date field.
  3. Update the Expiration Date, then click Verify to submit your change.

If you are unable to change the Status on your own, you can make a request with us to bring your listing back to Market. To make this request, please explain that you want to bring back your Expired listing. Include the MLS# of your listing and your updated Expiration Date. This request must then be signed by the Seller/Owner and your Broker or Office Manager.
