Error 472

Error 472 – This error typically occurs during initialization on Windows Vista or Windows 7 and is known as a compatibility issue. If this happens, please close the HomeWorks program and follow the steps below:

1. Right click on the HomeWorks icon on your desktop
2. Click on Properties
3. Then go to the Compatibility tab
4. Check the box next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode for (No changes are necessary in the drop down menu below)
5. Check the box next to Run This Program as Administrator
6. Click on Apply, then OK
7. Open the HomeWorks program and Initialize
