Matrix has a built-in CMA that allows you to create a full customized CMA report for your client. CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) is a comparison of prices of similar homes in the same area and is used to help determine the value of a property for either a seller or a buyer.
If a Set Search Criteria or Set Display is no longer needed, you can reset them both to the system defaults.
You can set Matrix Search Criteria as the starting default for your favorite or most used search.
You can set Current Display and Count per Page as the default for a preset or custom display.
