APN# Formats by County
APN#s are often recorded differently depending on where you get it from. Some include dashes, others include extra 0′s, and different Counties have their APN#s recorded in different formats.
One of the first things that we ask when inputting a listing is for the County. Below is a list of Counties within MLS Listings and their APN# formats.
The X represents a number in the APN. Anything else must be entered as shown. This is particularly important for Santa Cruz county because an extra zero (0) is added. If you have a Dummy APN, a letter may have been added to the end of your APN.
