How To: Search Your Office’s Listings

1. Search by “Office” (If you are not sure how to do this, CLICK HERE to view the “How To: Agent and/or Office Search

2. Enter your broker code and branch number and click on “Results”. In this example, we will use “XYZ” for broker code and “01″ for branch number

3. Click on “Listings”

Note: If your office has more then 500 listings, it will only show the first 500! In addition, it will be sorted by MLS#, thus showing you the oldest listings first. If you only want to search for a particular status of the office’s listings, see the Advanced portion of this How To

 

Advanced Search:

4. Go to “Cross Property” Search

5. Enter the class, and status you are looking for

6. Click on “Click here to add or remove search fields”

7. Add the criteria called “Listing Office Broker Code” and “Listing Office Branch Number” unless you are looking at sold listings for the office in which case you will need to add “Selling Office Broker Code” and “Selling Office Branch Number”. When you see them under the selected fields, simply click on “Back”

8. Now enter your Broker Code and Branch Number and click on “Results”

Note: if you are not sure what your broker code is, follow these steps 9-10:

 

9. Do an “Agent Search”

10. Enter your DRE# and hit “Results”

Your Broker code will be shown under the column called “Broker Code”
