Mobile Login

You need to have the ArcotID app installed on your device before you can access MLSListings.  The ArcotID app is available for iPhones, iPads, and most Android-based phones.  For instructions on setting up your device, please visit our Set Up Mobile Access page.

Once ArcotID is installed on your phone, accessing MLSListings is done the same way you would on a normal desktop computer.  The general idea is that you would open your Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari), point the Browser to ‘pro.mlslistings.com’ and Sign In with your account information.  The process is easy and simple, and gets you access to the full version of MLSListings through your phone.

You may be accustomed to using ‘www.reil.com’ to Sign In to MLSListings.  Please avoid using this address.  While it does work most of the time, it can also cause unintended login issues.  Please only use ‘pro.mlslistings.com’ to login to MLSListings.

If you are accessing MLSListings for the first time on your device, please be sure that you have your current password and the answers to your security questions (QnA).  Just like signing on with a new computer, signing on with your phone requires that you pass the Strong Authentication by answering your QnA correctly.  If you are unsure about your password or QnA, please sign in with your computer to either change your password or Manage SA Profile.

iPhone/iPad

You should already have the ArcotID app installed on your iPhone/iPad. If you do not, please refer to our Set Up Mobile Access page.

Open Safari, then in the Address Bar, type in pro.mlslistings.com. Please do not enter anything else, as the address has no W’s and the rest is automatically filled in for you. Click Go to load up the sign on page.

As the site is loading, pay attention to the login screen. It should look familiar to you, as it is the same screen you will see when logging in from a computer. It may appear small, due to the size of the screen. Click on the Member Sign In box on the left side of the page. The screen should zoom in so you can enter your account information.

The Go To menu allows you to choose where the site will take you upon signing in. To save you some time and extra clicks, select where you want to go before signing in.  Generally, selecting Pro Homepage is recommended because all our services are easily accessible through this page.  Click Done after making your selection, then click Sign In to move onto the next page.

At this point, the ArcotID app should appear on your screen. If this is your first time signing on with your iPhone/iPad or you have recently cleared your cookies, you may have to answer your security questions (QnA). Please answer the questions to continue to the password page.

Enter your password, then click Go. The system will sign you in. You can then begin to use the site as you would from a regular desktop computer.

Android/DROID

You should already have the ArcotID app installed on your device. If you do not, please refer to our Set Up Mobile Access page.

The process for signing on with your Android-based phone is very similar to the iPhone/iPad process. Signing In to MLSListings is as easy as going to our website, and entering in your account information. Depending on Android-based phone, this process may vary slightly.  This is because not all Android phones have the same layout or features.

Open your phone’s Browser.  This is often found on your Home Screen, or it should be listed with all your other installed Apps.  Once you have the Browser open, type pro.mlslistings.com into the Address Bar.  Please do not enter anything else, as the address has no W’s and the rest is automatically filled in for you.

Android phones require verification to continue.  If you have not yet installed the ArcotID app, a link is provided that will direct you to Arcot’s website to download the app.  Additional installation steps are required if you decide to go this route.  If this concerns you, it may be faster and easier to follow the steps provided on the Set Up Mobile Access page.

Press Continue to verify your DRE# and move onto the next page.

At this point, the ArcotID app should appear on your screen. If this is your first time signing in with your Android-based phone or you have recently cleared your cookies, you will have to answer your security questions (QnA). Answer the questions, then click OK to continue to the Password page.

Enter your password, then click OK.  You will be taken back to the verification page after ArcotID verifies your identity.  Please be patient, as the process should continue on it’s own.  If it does not, press Continue one last time to access MLSListings.  You can then begin to use the site as you would from a regular desktop computer.
