Set Up Mobile Access

MLSListings can be accessed through both iPhones/iPads and Android-based phones. Other devices may also work if the device itself supports Adobe Flash Player. Windows Mobile devices are not compatible and cannot gain mobile access to MLSListings.

MLSListings has partnered with Arcot, a Computer Associates (CA) Company, to provide integrated strong authentication.  To access MLSListings with your phone, you can download and install the ArcotID Digital Identity application from either Apple’s App Store or the Android Market, as described on this page.

Once installed, the ArcotID app needs to stay on your device, but you will never need to launch the app directly.  You can simply point your browser to ‘pro.mlslistings.com’ and sign in as you would from a desktop computer.

Before installing, please be sure to have your account information.  You will need to know your password and the answers to your security questions (QnA) for your first time accessing MLSListings.  If you are unsure about your password or QnA, please sign in with your computer to either change your password or Manage SA Profile.

iPhone/iPad

iPhones and iPads can access MLSListings with ArcotID installed. The app is available for free, and it is quick and easy to install. Once ArcotID is installed on your phone, you can start accessing MLSListings through Safari. Before beginning the installation, please ensure that you have your Apple ID Password handy. If you do not know your password, please contact Apple for support.

Follow these steps to download and install ArcotID. ArcotID is available for free from the App Store.

1. Open the App Store.
2. Click Search, then type in ‘ArcotID’.
3. Click on the first result, which should be ‘ArcotID Digital Identity’.
4. Install the ArcotID app by clicking Free > Install, then entering in your iTunes Password. At this point, the app will install itself.

Android/DROID

ArcotID is available for free through the Android Market.

1. Open the Android Market on your phone.
2. Run a search for ‘ArcotID’. It may not appear as a predicted result, but it should show up after running the search.
3. Install the ArcotID app by clicking Free, then accept the permissions by clicking OK.
4. At this point, your phone will begin to download and install the Arcot ID app.
