How To: Save A Search

1. Run your search, in this example we will run a search for SFR, active listings, 3 beds, 2 baths, 1200+ (1200 or more)  SQFT, 5000-8000 lot in zip code 95136.   On the bottom, click on “Save As”  This will give you a drop down menu with three options: “New Saved Search”; “New Auto Email”; and “New Speed Bar Shortcut”

2. Click on “New Saved Search”

3. Enter a search name such as 3/2 1200+ 5000-8000 in 95136

4. You can choose to link this search to a client by clicking on the drop down menu or click on “Create a new contact”  Note: this step is optional!

5. You can choose to have this search as a “Favorite search (will show up under Favorite Search on Matrix Home) by checking the box.  Note: this step is optional!

6. Click on “Save” on the bottom and you are done
