Once you get to your Search Page, select your criteria.  If you need help to get here, please Click HERE to get to the “Search for Listings” How to.

In this example, we will search for single family listings, active listings, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths or more, 1,400 to 1,800 square feet, 6,000 Square Foot Lot or less, in San Jose under $600,000.00 that was listed between May 1st, through May 31st, 2011 (see screen shot)

Note: For minimum, use your “+” so for 2 baths or more, use “2+”.  For maximum, use your “-” so for 6000 Square Foot Lot or less, use “6000-” DO NOT PUT A “COMMA“.  For a range, use “-” so for 1400 to 1600 square feet, use “1400-1600″ DO NOT PUT “COMMA”(S).  For Price, enter “600000-” DO NOT PUT A  “DOLLAR” SIGN OR “COMMAS“.

On the bottom, you will see the number of properties (live preview count) that matches your search criteria.  In this example, it’s 22 matches!

To run the search, click on located to the right of the live preview count

You should now see the results
