How To: Search For Listings

1. Once you have logged into Matrix (if you don’t know, Click HERE to view the “How To Access Matrix” How To ) click on the “Search” tab.

2. Click on the type of search you want to run (example: SFR/Townhouse/Condo, Residential Income, Open House, etc)

3. Enter your criteria (example: SFR, 3 to 4 beds, 2 baths or more, 2000 sqft or more, 5000 sqft lot or more, Active, $700,000 to $800,000 in San Jose)

4. Look at the count and if satisfied, click on “Results”
