How To: Advanced Open House Search

You can now run an Advanced Search by adding the Open House field in your property search. This will allow you to run a search within a price range along with any additional search criteria. Also, you can now view your search results to see if any of the homes that appeared have an Open House for the following weekend.

How To: Open House Display

We introduced a new Open House Display which will allow you to see what listings from your search results have an open house for the upcoming weekend. This display can be viewed from our drop down Display menu, from the Reports button, as well as the Client Portal. Havingthe display in the Client Portal will be useful to your clients who are curious to know which homes are going to have an open house from the list of properties you email to them.
