MLSListings Reciprocal Access Program

The MLSListings Reciprocal Access Program enables our members access to 7 additional California Multiple Listing Services aside from MLSListings. You can search and post listings on the MLS boards participating in the Reciprocal Access Program. In turn, members of participating boards are able to search and post listings on MLS Listings.

Click here for more information about the Reciprocal Access Program.

In addition, your membership to MLSListings gives you access to the MLSListings California Edition, which contains aggregated data from 7 participating Northern California MLS boards in addition to MLSListings.

For more information about the California Edition, please click here.

Each board covers a different region. Please visit our Coverage Area Maps page for more information on which county each participating board covers.

As a member of MCAR, you should be a subscriber of MLSListings. You can list any property within our five counties on our MLS. It’s simple to login at Just choose “My Listings” and follow the onscreen prompts.
